Expressive Therapist in the method Creative Connection. This method was created by Natalie Rogers based on the person centered approach.
Dance/ movement therapy since 1987. My first sessions in Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) were with Marcia Leventhal at Santa Monica College, and had the fortune to continue learning with Alma Hawkins, Sharon Chaikilin, Fran Levy, Tina Stromasted and Joan Chodorow amongst other great teachers.
Concerning Yoga, meditation and Emotional Balance:
I practice yoga since I was 10 years old.
I’ve been studying and practicing Tibetan Buddhism and Buddhist psychology for more than twenty years with masters of the Tibetan lineage. Since 2015 I’ve been having the fortune of meditating with close guidance of Alan Wallace.
Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher.
Certified Yoga Studies Institute Teacher where I served as staff while the school was functioning.
Certified teacher for Cultivating Emotional Balance (CEB) created by the Dalai Lama, B. Alan Wallace, Paul and Eve Ekman.

I’ve offered courses and workshops in public and private institutions such as St. Andrew’s Scots School, Lincoln School, Northlands School, St. Andrew’s University, Universidad del Salvador, Universidad Colegiatura de Colombia, among others.
